PROMOTER: The promoter of the competition is  Detail Technologies B.V. (“Detail”) whose registered office is at Overtoom 16, 1054 HJ Amsterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 81233264.

ELIGIBILITY: The competition is open to residents of all countries aged 16 years or over except employees of Detail Technologies B.V. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: 

3.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3.2 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Detail Terms of Service.

3.3 Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via detail.co/blog/detail-duo-competition. The competition will run on Twitter, TikTok, Youtube and Instagram.

3.4 Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3.5 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

3.6 The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

3.6.1 Make the most creative Detail Duo video you can.
3.6.2 Video must be recorded with Detail Duo.

3.6.3 Video must be at least 10 seconds long.

3.6.4 The entrant must share their video with the hashtag #detailduo and tag us @detailapp or @detailvideo depending on the platform.

PARTICIPATION DATES: Entries will be accepted starting on March 14, 2023 at [time], Pacific Standard Time, and ending on March 21, 2023 at [time], Pacific Standard Time.The closing date for entry will be March 21, 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

JUDGING: Detail Technologies B.V. will judge the competition and decide on the winner. One (1) winner will be chosen from among all participants.

PRIZES: The prize is as follows:

6.1 Winner receives an Apple iPhone 14.

6.2 The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6.3 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: 

7.1 The winner will be notified by email and/or DM via the account provided at point of entry on Twitter/Instagram/Tiktok within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

7.2 The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

GOVERNING LAW: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

PUBLICITY MATERIALS: The winner and all competition entrants agree to the use of their name and video in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Dutch data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR AMEND THE COMPETITION: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
