Select a picture-in-picture layout, side-by-side or one of the masked layouts. Tap Background and use the 🎥 icon to select a video from your Photos.

When you press record, the video will start playing in the background. When you tap and hold the video, the video pauses while holding. When you tap on the video, the video pauses. Tap again to play.
